MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT


1. About Membership

Becoming a member of Smiles Eyewear is quick and easy. You can complete your registration by filling out the form on the "Sign Up" page. Providing accurate and complete information in the membership form is essential for the proper processing of orders, deliveries and communication. Please ensure that all details are entered correctly. Completing the membership process does not create any obligation for you. However, before making a purchase, you are advised to carefully review the Distance Sales Agreement and the Privacy Policy. You may terminate your membership at any time without providing any reason.


2. Membership Cancellation
Members have the right to cancel their Smiles Eyewear account any time. To cancel membership, please log into your acocunt and submit a cancellation request via the Contact page. Once your request has been processed, your membership and all personal data will be deleted in accordance with appicable data protection regulations.

Membership cancellation cannot be processed if:

  1. Less than 60 days have passed since your last order,
  2. The cancellation request is submitted using an email address different from the one registered,
  3. We are unable to reach you through your registered contact details.
Your membership may be terminated by Smiles Eyewear if:
  1. You send or post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate messages or comments,
  2. You are involved in fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
3. Account Security
Smiles Eyewear takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect member security. However, you are also responsible for the security of your account. Please do not share your login details with third parties and avoid accessing your account from public or unsecured devices.
4. Alternative Delivery Address
Members may specify a delivery address different from their registered address during checkout. This feature allows you to send gifts to others, receive orders at your workplace, or deliver to a temporary location. Your invoice will be sent digitally to the email address you provided, regardless of the delivery address.
5. Product Reviews
Smiles Eyewear members may submit reviews for products they have purchased. Your reviews help other customers make informed decisions and contribute to our community. When posting reviews, you are expected to follow ethical standards and use respectful language toward both the brand and other users. Reviews containing offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content may be removed by system administrators.
6. Effective Date
This Membership Agreement becomes effective when the user clicks the “Sign Up” button. Smiles Eyewear reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this agreement at any time. The most current version will always be available at www.smileseyewear.com.
